Shipping policy

Item lead time vary based on various factors. Please check description found within product description for up to date lead time and logistics information. All items are shipped using tracking numbers via ups, usps, dhl, global post and in some cases fedex. In the event that an item is delayed in transit due to any and all circumstances of shipping process SEP must wait 14 days before filing a claim to investigate a lost / delayed package. After 14 days we will ship a replacement if package is found to be lost over course of investigation. Please note packages require in some cases 24-48 hours to show acceptance post issuance of tracking information.
