This is a service we offer where we take your stock early or late style intake manifold and modify it in a few different ways to increase flow. We start by removing the restrictive lower plenum of the stock 2.7 t intake manifold. Afterwards we port and polish the trumpets within the plenum to ensure more air flows via a smoother transition. Lastly we weld on an in-house made lower plenum piece and utilize the factory sensor flange to ensure the sensor will continue to function normally. Post fabrication all welds are inspected for cracks and the unit is then tested to ensure no leaks post install.
